Overview
Cold cabbage is a cold dish from a hotel here. I order it every time I eat there. It is very refreshing and delicious. Today, my mother happened to buy two colors of cabbage and made this cold dish. Although the taste is not as good as that of the hotel, it is still good. The purple cabbage is very beautiful!

Cut 2 types of cabbage into shreds and wash them in water

Drain the water and put it in a large bowl
