Stir-fried Pork with Sweet Beans

Cut the meat. I usually buy meat for several days at a time, cut it up, and divide it into bags, one bag for each meal.

Marinate the meat with starch, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.

Prepare some ginger and garlic.

Remove the tendons from the sweet beans and wash them clean.

Boil a pot of water. When the water comes, put the sweet beans in and cook for about a minute.

Fish it out. Cooking and then frying will cook them evenly, preventing some beans from being undercooked.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Put the meat down and fry.

When the meat is almost cooked, put down the sweet beans and stir-fry.

Add some salt, just enough for the sweet beans. Stir well and make sure the beans and meat are cooked before serving.
