Snow pear is the best moisturizing soup for making soup. Today, I added cordyceps flowers and pork fan bones to make soup. The soup is very delicious with the fragrance of cordyceps flowers.

Prepare ingredients

Wash the Cordyceps flowers with clean water to remove impurities, and then soak them in clean water for ten minutes.

Put the pork bones and ginger slices in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil and blanch the water.

Remove the pork bones and wash away any impurities

Put pork bones in the casserole

Pour the Cordyceps flowers into the pot together with the soaking water

Then add appropriate amount of water

Put it on the stove over medium high heat

Bring to a boil and turn to low heat

Cover and simmer over low heat for forty minutes

When the time is up, add the prepared pear cubes to the pot and bring to a boil again.
