This red date yogurt glutinous rice cake is purely an accident. I was originally going to make yogurt bread, but when I poured the flour into the bread machine, I realized that I had mistaken the glutinous rice flour for high-gluten flour. So I made a mistake and added some diced red dates to create this snack that tastes beyond imagination.
