Steamed beef patties with vegetables
Overview
Okinawa beef patties were a home-cooked dish when we were kids, but you had to pay for the beef, so we usually didn't have a single morsel left. If you buy a good dish, the aroma is indescribable. The author bought the dish at a Chinese supermarket. It may not be authentic, but it is better than nothing, but it feels pretty good when steaming the meatloaf.

Steps
-
Soak the vegetables in warm water overnight, then cut into pieces;
-
The beef is first sliced, then cut into strips, then cut into fine pieces, and then minced;
-
Add seasoning to beef, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, spread evenly;
-
Add the green vegetables and spread evenly;
-
Put the mixed ingredients into a plate, spread it flat, and use chopsticks to poke holes in the patties so that they can cook easily. If the pan has a flat lid and sweat drips into the food, you can wrap the plate with kitchen high-temperature resistant film paper, put it in a boiling water pot and steam it for about 15-18 minutes. After it is out of the pot, evenly sprinkle about 1 tsp of sesame oil, and then sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion. It is a great meal, quack quack.
