What a big tree---cold cucumber
Overview
After the fresh and refreshing cucumbers are sliced, rolled, and plated, a picture suddenly appears: a big tree with lush branches and green leaves. Farmers who have worked for a day are either holding their animals or sitting under the tree, quietly enjoying the caress of nature, as if the day's fatigue has disappeared at that moment. What a big tree, with green blessings, your mind is in the blue sky, and your affection is hidden in the fertile soil.

Steps
-
Have all the ingredients ready: cucumber, peeler, chopping board. Thoroughly clean the cucumbers, tools and chopping boards to be used.
-
Use a peeler to slice the cucumber into strips.
-
Marinate with salt for 2 minutes. The cucumbers will soften and become easier to roll.
-
Roll it into a roll with your fingers, place on the plate, and add chopped peanuts and diced tomatoes.
-
Pour some oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the minced ginger, onion, and garlic and stir-fry for a few times. Add sugar, light soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and chicken essence and mix well.
-
Pour the seasoning onto the piled cucumbers and you're done. Cucumbers are more delicious when dipped in juice.
