Wild vegetable buns
Overview
In the spring, we pick wild vegetables in the mountains, blanch them at home and freeze them in the refrigerator. Now we take them out and make them into steamed buns. They taste great.

Put the yeast powder into warm water to make yeast powder water, add it to the flour and knead it into a dough. Leave it in a warm place to ferment (I forgot to take a picture). Cut the pork into small cubes, add oil, and marinate it with soy sauce for a while.

Soak the mountain vegetables in water, wash and squeeze out the water.

Wash and chop leeks.

Chop the wild vegetables and put them in a basin.

Add diced meat and leeks.

Add oil and soy sauce which tastes very fresh.

Add salt and chicken essence and mix well to form filling.

Knead the risen dough evenly and deflate, roll into long strips, cut into balls, and roll into cakes.

Add filling.

Wrap into buns.

All wrapped up.

Put it in a steamer and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes.
