Slice the chicken gizzards, open the chicken hearts, and cut the chicken intestines into 1.5 cm sections.

Cut the red and green chili peppers, pickled beans, garlic sprouts, green garlic, and pickled peppers into 1cm pieces, and chop the ginger and garlic into coarse pieces.

Heat the lard in a hot pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken gizzards, chicken hearts, and chicken intestines and stir-fry until they change color, add cooking wine, cover and simmer for a few seconds.

Add chili peppers, pickled beans, garlic sprouts, and pickled peppers and stir-fry until cooked.
