Stewed Mushrooms with Wing Roots

The dried shiitake mushrooms tasted particularly good, and the aroma filled the kitchen. My husband ate them all!

Wash the wing roots, scrape them twice with a knife, and marinate them with seasonings

Soaked dried shiitake mushrooms

Soaked vermicelli

Pour oil in a wok, then add sugar and stir-fry until brown. Fry the wing roots until bloodless. Then put the mushrooms, vermicelli and wing roots into a casserole. Add hot water, salt, and don't waste the water used to soak the mushrooms. Pour in some very fragrant!

After the water boils, reduce the heat to a simmer and simmer for half an hour. Delicious!
