Wolfberry Steamed Buns
Overview
I fell in love with it since I made steamed buns with wolfberry juice. Making steamed buns with wolfberry juice is really different. The finished product is chewier. I don’t know why, but it actually tastes chewier than white flour. The ratio of flour to liquid is the same! Weird! Today I made a big steamed bun with wolfberry juice, haha, it’s really a big steamed bun! It’s definitely too much for one person to finish, so the pastry machine is here to help! The big yellow steamed buns look very appetizing, right?

Close the lid and select the fine steamed bun function to start the machine. When you see the machine starting to ferment, press the pause button. Take the dough out on the chopping board and knead it into a large steamed bun, then put it back into the inner pot with the stirring stick removed, put it back into the pot and continue to start the machine.

When the time is up, a round rhubarb steamed bun is ready! Because the finished product is very soft like bread, it cannot be cut smoothly enough with a bread knife.

How about the golden and attractive color?
