Steps
-
Mix almond flour and all-purpose flour and beat with a food processor for 30 seconds to make it into a finer powder. If there are lumps in the powder, knead it with your hands
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix well with the flour
-
Keep grabbing and kneading them with your hands to slowly fuse them together
-
Knead until the dough forms
-
Add powdered sugar and continue kneading for a while until the powdered sugar is slowly incorporated into the dough
-
Add the beaten eggs and knead it with your hands into a very soft dough. Use the egg liquid to adjust the hardness of the dough. If the dough is too dry, you can add more egg liquid
-
Divide the dough into small portions of about 12g each, then roll them into a thick shape in the middle and bend them into a crescent shape. Place the dough on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the middle of a preheated 170° oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the crescent cakes become darker in color
-
After the mooncakes are cooled out of the oven, roll them in a bowl with powdered sugar so that the surface is evenly coated with powdered sugar
