Kidney Bean Egg Noodles
Overview
When it comes to noodle soup, there are so many types. The simplest is chopped green onion noodles. You can have a happy taste with just the most basic ingredients. Today's bowl of hot noodle soup is my family's favorite kidney bean and egg noodles. Kidney beans are used to make the soup. It is also my mother's favorite. I have never had enough of it since I was a snack. I just love it.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot. After the water boils, cook the noodles first. Stir the noodles with chopsticks while cooking to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Add water twice after boiling in the middle. The noodles will be cooked. Take them out and run them under cold boiled water to make the noodles taste better.

Remove the tendons from the kidney beans, clean them and cut them into pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, saute the chopped green onions first, then add the kidney beans and stir-fry.

After the kidney beans change color, add appropriate amount of water and cook until the kidney beans are completely cooked.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

After the kidney beans are cooked, add white pepper, fresh chicken juice and salt to taste.

Finally, pour the egg liquid into the pot, stir it with a spoon after it forms, and turn off the heat.

Pour the cooked soup onto the noodles, sprinkle with coriander, add a few drops of sesame oil, and the kidney bean and egg noodles are ready.
