While the bread machine is kneading the dough, mix together the 3 ingredients for the filling, divide into 8 portions, roll into balls and set aside

After the first kneading, add butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading for 15 minutes to knead the dough

Take out the mixed dough, divide it into 8 small pieces of dough, about 60 grams each, roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap, and rest for 15 minutes

Put the bread embryo into the Dongling K40C oven, select the fermentation setting of 33 degrees (a bowl of hot water is built in to keep the oven at a certain humidity), and ferment for about 50 minutes, depending on the fermentation state of the bread embryo. After fermentation, take out the bread dough, brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface with a brush, put it in the lower shelf of the oven that has been preheated to 165 degrees and 170 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
