Spider-Man Birthday Cake
Overview
Spiderman, for your birthday! Since it was two children’s birthdays, I made two. To make it easier to look at, the ingredients are the size of one cake.

Steps
-
free-range eggs, separate the egg whites and yolks; sift the cake flour; weigh and mix the milk and corn oil, and add one gram of salt.
-
Sift the cake flour into the milk and mix well, then pour in the egg yolks. This is the post-egg method. It is said that the egg yolk paste stirred in this way will be smoother.
-
Stir until smooth and smooth without any particles, and the egg yolk paste is completed.
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar in three batches, and beat until small upright triangles form.
-
Add the meringue to the egg yolk batter in two batches, and stir quickly to form a cake batter. At this point preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
-
Pour the mixed cake batter into an eight-inch mold.
-
Place in the middle and lower racks of the oven at 150 degrees for about 50 minutes.
-
After baking, cool naturally and cut into three slices crosswise. When baking the cake, cut the yellow peach into small pieces for filling. Whip the light cream until stiff.
-
It’s time to stuff the filling, a layer of light cream, a layer of yellow peach pieces and then a layer of light cream.
-
Take three cake slices, fill two layers with filling, and then start spreading the dough. For a novice like me, wiping the noodles requires a little patience.
-
The plastering is still uneven, but it's a bit better than before.
-
Dove dark chocolate, melt chocolate and milk in water at a ratio of 1:0.5, put it into a piping bag, and use it to draw spider webs.
-
The spider web I drew casually, it was the first time I drew it and it felt a bit rough.
-
Divide a small portion of the whipped cream, add a little food coloring, and surround the cake.
-
Put in Spider-Man and the insert card, and you're done!
-
Spiderman, for your birthday!
