Spicy spicy beef
Overview
At a family dinner, I got acquainted with a dish. It was very spicy, so spicy that it made me shed tears, but its deliciousness still attracted my taste buds and made me unable to control my desire to eat it. I never knew its name, but I just remembered that it contained spicy peppers, beef, enoki mushrooms, and my favorite coriander. With my personal pursuit and passion for food, I finally relived the taste of the past, and I named it after my own feelings, Spicy Spicy Beef!

Prepare beef, millet pepper, garlic cloves, ginger, and coriander.

Wash the beef, add appropriate amount of cooking wine to the pot and cook for 25 minutes.

While waiting, chop the millet pepper, garlic cloves, and ginger.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and coriander.

Slice the cooked beef and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped millet pepper, garlic cloves and ginger, stir-fry for one minute, add half a spoon of salt and continue to stir-fry.

Add beef and fry for two minutes, add a spoonful of salt and continue frying.

Pour in dark soy sauce to color it, add dried chili peppers and stir-fry for one minute.

Pour in water to cover beef and cook for ten minutes.

Add enoki mushrooms, chicken essence, sesame oil and continue cooking for five minutes.

Sprinkle cumin powder, mix well, and it's ready to serve.
