Prepare a bowl large enough to pour 110 grams of oil
-
Add 20 grams of beaten egg liquid and 60 grams of sugar (can be increased or decreased according to personal taste), stir evenly

Add 1/2 teaspoon (TSP) baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon (TSP) baking soda to 200 grams of low-gluten flour and mix
-

Take a small piece of the mixed dough and shape it into a ball of suitable size

Brush with remaining egg wash
-
Sprinkle some sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the peach embryos in the oven and bake for 12 minutes until 2 sides are golden (the time will vary slightly depending on the size of the peach embryos and the power of the oven)
