Borscht

Borscht

Overview

I learned how to make this borscht from my father-in-law. When we first got married, my father-in-law often made this dish. My husband liked it very much. After I gave birth to my baby, I often made it because this dish has more ingredients, is very nutritious, and is stewed to a pulp. It is very suitable for children. Strangely enough, my daughter also loves it. When I often ask her what she wants to eat, she will definitely say: borscht. I often joke that my love for eating this food is hereditary. So now every time I go to my parents-in-law’s house for dinner, if I can’t think of a good dish to cook, I will make this, and the whole family enjoys it.
