Stir-fried tofu with mushroom sauce
Overview
My son likes tofu, and he likes it no matter how he eats it. Just in time, my friend sent me a lot of mushroom sauce, which comes in four flavors. I tried to pair the sauce with tofu and made lunch for him. The mushroom sauce itself is not very salty, so I added a little salt and used spicy sauce. The little guy liked it very much. It was paired with a bowl of rice. In the blink of an eye, it was all gone.
