Osmanthus finger rice cake
Overview
The osmanthus sugar is made by myself, and the rice cake is hot pot finger rice cake. When you eat spicy hot pot with sweet osmanthus rice cake, you won’t feel the spiciness anymore.

Open the rice cake (it’s so difficult to open the rice cake, so I cut it with a knife)

After the water is boiled, put the rice cake into the water and cook until it floats. (Just cook it, don’t cook it for too long)

After cooking, strain the water.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up. (Same as stir-fry)

Pour in the rice cake and stir well.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of osmanthus sugar and continue to stir evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water to avoid scorching the pot (the water is about ten grams, not too much water is needed, turn off the heat immediately after the water is dry)

Serve on a plate and eat.
