Overview
The weather is getting colder, so it’s the best time to drink some soup. This soup is specially customized for my husband. It contains some moisturizing and comforting ingredients. The chicken is a rooster that I bought, using one-sixth of a chicken. Compared with a hen, the rooster has less fat and the meat is more tender. My recipe is for two people, suitable for small families. If there are more people, you can add or subtract as appropriate

Prepare materials

Soak the mushrooms in water for about 3 hours. While soaking, squeeze out the water repeatedly
