Beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on low speed.

Add powdered sugar, fine salt, and vanilla extract and mix well with an electric mixer at low speed and then medium speed.

Mix well.

Add the animal whipped cream in two batches, stirring evenly with a whisk at medium speed after each addition, then add the next time.

Beat until the volume doubles and the color turns light yellow!

Add sifted flour!

Use a spatula to stir evenly, as long as there is no dry flour. Remember not to over-stir to prevent gluten from forming in the flour.

Put a piping tip into a piping bag (I used Sanneng 7092 Medium), and then fill it with batter!

Pipe out round cookies clockwise on the baking sheet!

Leave some space between cookies so they will expand as they bake.

Place in the middle shelf of a preheated oven at 170 degrees, bake for 23 minutes on top and bottom heat, and observe the coloring in the last five minutes!

After taking it out of the oven, move it to a drying rack to cool thoroughly.
