Dice onions, cabbage stems, and bell peppers; cut fried tofu into cubes; blanch corn and green beans.

When the oil is hot, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add heart stems and bell peppers and stir-fry, finally add corn, green beans and fried tofu and stir-fry evenly.
