Overview
This is a very fresh Anhui dish, fish + sheep = fresh. The fish and sheep cooked together are also called fresh stews. The deliciousness of the fish + the deliciousness of the mutton + the unique deliciousness after the fish is stewed in the mutton soup are combined together to be very delicious

Marinate the mutton with salt, chicken powder and cooking wine for 5-10 minutes

Boil water in a pot, blanch the marinated mutton in the boiling water for a while
