Cold edamame
Overview
Edamame is a seasonal dish, and cold edamame is a regular on the table, making it a great accompaniment to rice and wine. The cold seasoning I shared is so delicious that even a novice in the kitchen can use it easily!

Steps
-
Cut off both ends of edamame, wash and set aside.
-
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot (it is advisable to cover the edamame), throw in the star anise cinnamon, and add more salt.
-
Pour in the edamame and cook over high heat.
-
While cooking, chop a large amount of minced garlic and mix with seasonings: chopped pepper, sugar, chicken essence, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and peppercorn oil.
-
After the edamame is cooked, drain the water, rinse it again with boiling water, pour it into a pot or a large vessel for easy stirring, and pour in the prepared mixed seasoning.
-
Pour in the minced garlic and stir evenly. If it's too light, add some more refined salt or light soy sauce.
-
After mixing, plate.

Finished product.
