Roasted Pork with Potatoes

Potatoes are a good thing. I always keep a few at home. They can be used for both quick and slow meals when needed.

Prepare some slices of ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add meat pieces and saute over low heat until fragrant.

Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add water, add fermented bean curd, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat.

While simmering prepare the potatoes.

When the meat is almost tender, put the potato pieces in and cook until the potatoes are soft and tender.
