Pai Cha is a snack that I used to make during festivals when I was a kid. It is made with a piece of dough, sprinkled with a handful of sesame seeds, pressed into thin slices, and fried to be fragrant and crispy. The wonton wrappers are so thin, making them crispier and easier to fry.
