Egg Melon Rice
Overview
Luffa is a seasonal vegetable in summer. Traditional medical science believes that luffa is cool in nature and sweet in taste. It has the functions of clearing heat, detoxifying, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, dredging meridians, promoting blood circulation, beautifying and anti-cancer. This summer, loofah goes well with Jian Tan long fragrant silk rice.

Ingredients: 350G Jian Tan long fragrant silk rice, 30 grams of Jian Tan millet, one egg, 4 ham sausages, 1 garlic sprouts, 2 garlic sprouts, seasonings: appropriate amount of oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cumin powder

Jian Tan long fragrant silk rice + Jian Tan millet, the proportion is arbitrary, wash it once and cook.

Peel the loofah and cut into thick slices.

Separate the stems and leaves of green garlic sprouts and cut them into small sections

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir until slightly foamy. Heat the pan, heat the oil, and pour in the egg liquid.
