Pan-fried wonton skin potato spring rolls
Overview
The wonton wrappers are cleverly used, and the remaining wonton wrappers are used to wrap the wontons. In the spirit of not wasting, I steam a potato, wrap it with ham and green peas and fry it. The skin is crispy and the filling is soft and fragrant. I can’t stop eating it. It’s so delicious that I don’t want it. 😏 It’s quick to make and doesn’t require high oil for frying. It’s convenient and quick. It’s worth a try if you want to eat it.
