Soak and wash mung bean sprouts.

Preparation points: shredded ginger, chopped green onion.

Cut the beef into slices, add marinade and marinate for 10 minutes.

Boil the water in the pot and release the oil.

Add mung bean sprouts and cook over high heat for one minute.

Add the marinated beef and do not stir.

After the beef has finished changing color, add some salt and turn off the heat.

Put the chopped green onions into the soup bowl.
