Proof the dough first - add flour to yeast powder and then knead it into a dough with water, let it rest for half an hour, and then knead it continuously until the dough is smooth (my picture is from the process, not the final dough picture. I forgot to take pictures of the dough after it has risen)

Prepare fillings: shrimp + pork cubes + mushrooms + green onions + minced ginger (season with a little cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence)

Mix well

After the dough has risen, divide it into several small balls, and then roll each one into a round shape (because when making steamed buns, the skin can be slightly thicker, unlike making dumplings, where the skin needs to be rolled out thin)

Spoon a large spoonful of filling into the middle of the crust and wrap it up

Leave the wrapped buns for ten minutes to allow them to ferment a second time

Then put it into the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes
