Fried noodles with shredded pork and fried wontons

Cut carrots into thin strips.

Cut the pork into thin shreds.

Cut the onions into minced pieces.

Put the slurry noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook until half cooked.

Pour oil into the pot and add chopped green onion to the pot.

Add shredded pork and carrots and stir-fry.

Pour in the noodles and stir-fry until cooked, then put them on the bottom of the plate.

After the water in the pot boils, add the wontons and cook.

Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the wontons over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Place the fried wontons on the noodles and drizzle with a little sesame sauce.
