-
Prepare materials.
-
Put coconut milk, milk, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and melted liquid butter into a large bowl and stir evenly.
-
Pour in the glutinous rice flour and cornstarch, and continue to stir with a manual egg beater until it becomes a thin paste.
-
It looks mushy.
-
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap, put in a steamer, turn to medium heat and steam for 20 minutes.
-
The batter will solidify after steaming. After cooling slightly, stir the glutinous rice dough vigorously with chopsticks to make it smooth and delicate.
-
After mixing, cool down and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If it's still very sticky, you can refrigerate it for a little longer if necessary.
-
Burn the glutinous rice flour until it turns slightly yellow and use it as hand powder to prevent sticking.
-
Separate the mangoes.
-
Cut the mango into small pieces.
-
Take out the refrigerated dough, divide into 30g pieces, roll into balls and flatten.
-
Wrap in mango chunks.
-
