  1. Ingredients: purple sweet potato, pumpkin, dried raisins, glutinous rice flour, white sugar.

  2. Wash the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, remove the flesh, peel and cut into pieces.

  3. Steam in a pot over water for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Grind the purple sweet potato into puree with a spoon, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir evenly.

  6. Pour the glutinous rice flour into a clean vessel, gradually add pumpkin puree and knead into a drier dough. Pumpkin itself contains water, so there is no need to add water in this process.
