Ingredients: purple sweet potato, pumpkin, dried raisins, glutinous rice flour, white sugar.

Wash the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, remove the flesh, peel and cut into pieces.

Steam in a pot over water for 10-15 minutes.

Grind the purple sweet potato into puree with a spoon, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir evenly.

Crush the pumpkin with a spoon.

Pour the glutinous rice flour into a clean vessel, gradually add pumpkin puree and knead into a drier dough. Pumpkin itself contains water, so there is no need to add water in this process.

Divide the kneaded dough into 6 small pieces.

Knead into a round ball.

Flatten and pack into bean paste.

Knead into a flat ball shape.

Use a toothpick to press out the marks.

Insert raisins in the middle to make pumpkin base.

Apply a layer of oil to the bottom of the small pumpkin, place it in a steamer and steam over water for 15-20 minutes.
