Get all the materials ready! The most important thing about this snack is the rich seasoning: since there is no single garlic here, ordinary garlic is used. The preparation method of chicken feet is: wash and cut off the nails, and then cut each one in half for easy taste.

Put the chicken feet into boiling water and cook until no blood oozes out.

Rinse the cooked chicken feet with cold boiled water, wait until they cool down, soak them in ice-cold boiled water, and put them in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Chop the garlic, sauté in hot oil until fragrant, then remove from heat and set aside.

Mix all the seasonings except white vinegar. The recommended amounts are as follows: about ten tablespoons of garlic chili sauce. I like the taste better, so I drank the remaining tenth of the jar of sauce; five tablespoons of sesame oil is enough, it has a strong taste; pepper, five-spice powder, and chicken powder all depend on your taste, a small amount is enough; you can add a little more salt and sugar, because you need to balance the sourness of the white vinegar.

Take out the frozen chicken feet and add garlic and mixed seasonings. Then pour in about two cups of white vinegar, because you need enough white vinegar to soak the chicken feet to marinate them.
