Cover the lid and press the "Start/Stop" button. The bread machine will continue to work and start the first fermentation. The LCD will display small letters "Fermentation 1"; after "Fermentation 1" is completed, the bread machine will start "Stirring 2";

After "Mixing 2" is completed, press the "Start/Stop" button to enter the pause state; take out the dough, divide it into three equal portions, roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes. During this period, the bread machine will automatically start working after 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it, and press the "Start/Stop" button again or twice to keep the bread machine in the pause state until the shaping is completed;
