Jam Money Bun
Overview
What I made today is a very simple jam bun without too much shaping, which is very suitable for novices. The milky buns are paired with sweet and sour cherry jam, which is delicious.

Put all ingredients except butter into bread machine.

Start the sweet bread program.

Knead until expanded and add softened butter.

Continue kneading the dough for another 10 minutes, when the dough can pull out the film.

Ferment for the first time until doubled in size.

Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it evenly into 8 grams each, and roll into balls.

Flatten and add cherry jam.

Shut up.

Place the seam side down and place it in an 8-inch pizza pan for secondary fermentation. (Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and start the fermentation function. It will take about 40 minutes to ferment)

After the secondary fermentation is completed, brush the surface with egg wash.

The middle rack of the oven is 185 degrees, about 12 minutes.

After the color reaches a satisfactory level, a baking pan can be added to the upper layer to prevent the color from getting too dark.
