The chicken breasts I bought were cut into pieces and were a bit wide. Three strips turned into six strips. Rice wine and salt.

Heat the oil in the pan, about 50%, put the meat strips into the pan, separate them gently with long chopsticks, don't let the oil get too hot! Don't get angry!

Turn over frequently to avoid over-frying one side, which will cause the color to look bad and the tender texture of the meat to be uneven.
