Peel the front leg meat and cut into small pieces. Add a little salt, chicken powder, pepper, light soy sauce, water, a spoonful of peanut oil, and chop into minced meat

Wash and drain the green beans, then cut into segments

Chop the ginger and garlic, rinse the dried chilies and cut into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add green beans and fry until the surface becomes like tiger skin

Place the fried green beans on a plate. Place two paper towels on the bottom of the plate to absorb the oil
