Beer braised chicken legs
Overview
Chicken legs, how do you eat them? I personally like two ways to eat it. One is to cut the chicken leg meat into small pieces and stir-fry it with green peppers. The other way to eat it is to braise it. In fact, to be honest, braised in soy sauce is very simple and delicious, just add all the seasonings to the pot and simmer together. However, my method today is a little different from before. Instead of stewing it with water, I used beer. Both the taste and color are better than those stewed in water. The chicken leg meat is tender and fragrant, so delicious! My husband ate 5 in one meal.
