Weigh the butter and soften it at room temperature.

Add sugar and salt to the softened butter and beat with a whisk for about 5 minutes.

Sift hard-boiled eggs into the whipped butter.

Add sifted cake flour and cornmeal to step 4.

Using your hands, knead the butter with the cake flour and cornmeal.

Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After taking out the dough, shape the large dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. About twenty can be placed.

Press the dough lightly with your thumb and place it in the oven to bake. Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
