Prepare various ingredients.

Soak the white fungus in water for 30 minutes, remove the roots and tear into small pieces. Wash the lilies with water. Peel the pears and cut into small pieces. Peel and core the loquat, cut into pieces and set aside.

Pour the white fungus, lily and rock sugar into a small pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes until the white fungus is slightly gelatinous.
