Overview
Flower rose cake. A famous dim sum in Yunnan. It's delicious, but the recipe is unknown. I have searched extensively for how to make rose cakes, but most of them are made with sugar roses. There are very few ways to use fresh roses. I have seen it in a book, but it requires a hot pot and a stove, which makes people feel a little troublesome; and the amount of flowers used seems too small, and it seems that it cannot be filled with flowers and the taste is delicious. Later? Later, I ignored those recipes and invented my own, just like the puff pastry mooncake recipe. Use a lot of flowers in the filling, add some cooked flour to prevent the filling from flowing, add some sesame seeds to enhance the flavor, and add some ice meat to increase the oily taste.
