Prepare about 150g of beef filling, appropriate amount of shallots or onions, 2-3 coriander, 1 egg, and a small bowl of rice.
-
Chop cilantro and scallions.
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, add chopped green onion and fry until slightly brown.
-
Then add half the amount of beef filling and stir-fry, then turn off the heat and let cool.
-
Add 1 spoon of ginger powder, 1 spoon of cooking wine and a little water to the remaining half of the beef filling and stir in one direction.
-
Add half of the fried beef filling, beat in an egg, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, black pepper and 1 small spoon of white sugar in one direction and beat vigorously.
-
Pour in the rice and mix well then add the coriander and mix well.
-
Dip some water on your hands, take a piece of meat filling, roll it into a round cake, and coat both sides with a layer of starch.
-
Put a little oil in a frying pan. When the oil is 50% hot, add the meatloaf and fry over medium heat until one side becomes hard. Turn over and fry until both sides change color and become crusty. Turn off the heat.
-
The beef is already well cooked, and after cooking, most of the ingredients in the meatloaf are cooked, so it doesn't need to be fried for too long.
-
The color is a bit dark, it might be better without dark soy sauce.
