Marinate the seabass with a little rice wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and green onions for 10 to 30 minutes.

Use rice wine, a little salt, oyster sauce, fresh vegetables, a little sugar, soy sauce, bean paste, and a little water to prepare the sauce. Since I had some black sesame powder at home, I also added some into it.

Sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and chili over low heat, then add the onion and saute until fragrant.
