Scrambled eggs with pickled beans

Cut sour beans, chili into small pieces, mince ginger and garlic.

Add a little salt to the eggs and beat them up (if the sour beans are too salty, don’t add salt)

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil until it is 60% hot, add the egg liquid and quickly spread it out, fry until it is slightly yellow, add ginger, garlic, and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pickled beans and stir-fry evenly.

Cook over medium heat for about two minutes, add a little light soy sauce and MSG, stir well and serve.
