Shrimp Pizza
Overview
Recently, I like to eat pizza on a whim, including chicken, beef, vegetable, and all kinds of pizza. This shrimp pizza is what our big brother Ma ordered to eat. I made it specially for him today. The more I make it, the better and better it tastes. It is very simple. The most important thing is that the taste of the sauce must be adjusted well.

Steps
-
Wash the green peppers, red peppers, and mushrooms and cut them into the shapes you want. Clean and wash the shrimps and set aside. Cut half of the onions into strips and chop the other half into small pieces for pizza sauce.
-
Peel the tomatoes and chop into mince, mince the garlic and set aside.
-
Add a spoonful of warm water and a small spoonful of yeast powder to the milk and stir evenly to form yeast water and leave it at room temperature. Add the yeast water to the flour, add 1 spoonful of sugar and 1 spoonful of salt. Knead the flour into a smooth dough. Add a spoonful of oil to the dough. Knead evenly and cover with plastic wrap to let it rest for a while.
-
While the noodles are waking up, prepare the pizza sauce. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper and pizza grass and stir-fry. Then add minced tomatoes, add a spoonful of tomato paste and water starch, stir-fry until the juice is reduced and set aside.
-
After the oven is preheated, roll the risen dough into the desired shape and put it into the baking pan. Poke some small holes on the surface of the dough with a toothpick or fork, then brush a layer of pizza sauce, put it in the oven, and heat it up and down at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
-
After 5 minutes, take out the dough and brush it with some pizza sauce, spread it on the cheese, then put on the sliced mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions, shrimps, and finally sprinkle some cheese on it, put it in the oven, heat it up and down, 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
-
After baking, brush with a little pizza sauce and enjoy.
