Braised fried tofu
Overview
I bought tofu for 5 yuan at the morning market and made braised tofu at home. I had porridge, porridge or noodles for breakfast, which was very good for meals. It has a strong salty flavor and is also delicious when shredded and mixed with green onions.

Fresh tofu.

Cut into long strips.

Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil and fry the tofu over medium heat.

Cover the tofu with water, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
