Cashew Nut Fun Cookies
Overview
This cookie can be said to be made by the girl independently. I only helped when whipping and baking. My egg beater is a little heavy, and the girl can't hold it for so long. I'm afraid of burning her when baking. Hey, even though she tried her best to finish it by herself, I still didn't dare to let her go. She originally wanted to make gingerbread biscuits when she saw them, but she didn't like the taste of gingerbread, so she made this cashew butter biscuit, and then decorated it with melted chocolate. The girl did every step seriously, sketching the biscuit pattern one by one. Looking at the fruits of her labor, she was so excited and satisfied that she couldn't bear to eat it when she looked at it!
