One oyster mushroom;

Wash and dice.

Stir-fry the diced king oyster mushrooms and diced Meilin luncheon meat with bamboo skewers; over medium heat and a little oil, add the skewers and fry until all sides are slightly charred, add in the two wattle sticks, millet chili cubes, and green peppercorns and stir-fry together; over high heat, sprinkle a little salt, pour cooking wine and stir-fry, sprinkle in green onions and stir well.
