Old goose stewed yam
Overview
) There used to be a tribute goose restaurant near my home, and the tribute goose inside was delicious. Unfortunately, I don’t know where the store has moved to now. I haven’t eaten goose meat for N years. I bought a goose on New Year’s Day and made a hot pot meal first. I burned the remaining goose meat and tasted the taste of that tribute goose restaurant! The side dish inside was originally potatoes, but I replaced it with yams, which was also delicious.
